TOURNAMENT RULES & FORMAT

• This is a SCRAMBLE tournament. Individual handicaps are not considered.

• Each team consists of 3 players.

  • The same 3 players must play both rounds of 18 holes. Substitutions are not permitted. If one or more players are unable to play the second round, the team must play without them. For example, if after the first round one player drops out, the team plays a 2-player scramble format. If two players drop out, the remaining player plays alone in stroke play format. If all 3 players drop out, the team records a WD (withdraw). The team is eligible to win the Round 1 Low Score prize, but cannot win the Tournament Total Low Score prize.

• Each team plays two rounds of 18 holes. The team’s combined (total) score to par is used to determine their place in the event. For example, if a team scores -5 the first round and -3 the second round, their tournament score is -8. Teams are ranked in order, according to their score.

• There are two contests; (1) Longest Drive, and (2) Closest to the Pin. These are individual player events. Participation in the contests is optional and has no impact on the team tournament score.
