All memberships have a 3-month minimum lock-in period. 

Memberships are charged monthly.

The same credit card that was used to purchase the membership will be charged on the date of the monthly renewal.

If there is an error processing the credit card on file (i.e., card has expired or been cancelled):

• For members within the initial 3 months, a new card must be provided until the initial 3 months is completed.

• For members past the initial 3 months, if a new card is not provided within 1 week (7 days) of the failed renewal date, the membership will be cancelled. Starting a new membership will restart the 3-month lock-in period.

Hours do not rollover. Unused hours are replaced with a new allotment of hours each new month.

The member (account holder) must come to bring guests. Guests cannot come without the member being present. For Junior Memberships, the child is considered the account holder and must be present to use membership hours.

Junior members must be under the age of 18 to qualify. Junior members must convert to Adult membership on the next renewal date after turning 18.

Members may upgrade to a higher or downgrade to a lower membership tier at any time.

Once the 3 month minimum has been met, members must call or come in the facility to request cancellation. The account will be marked for cancellation prior to the next renewal date.

Player Profiles are removed from the system after a membership is ended. It is the members’ responsibility to export any desired data prior to the last day of the final month of their membership.
